What do I need during a sales meeting?
We highly suggest coming to a sales meeting with the ability to be excited about the project or home that we will share with you.

2 Canadian Pieces of ID (Driver's License, Permanent Resident Card, Passport) for all purchasers
A bank draft with the builder's name / seller's brokerage name for a pre-specified amount
